Potecasi Slade is a Funky Blues artist with deep roots in the Washington, DC Area. His music features elements of Rock, Gospel and Funk.  When he is on stage, don’t be surprised when you hear his versions of many classics by ZZTop, Howlin Wolf, Muddy Waters, and Bob Marley.  Slade’s emotive and touching lyrics from his original songs shed light into this man’s soul.

This dynamic trio formed 2019 has been fortunate to have the opportunity to perform for local festivals, breweries, wineries, meadaries, various restaurants, including new deal cafe (runner up - best live music venue 2023) and song byrd DC (Voted best live music venue in the DC area 2023)
